It wouldn't even be that much work since it's already in the game it just isn't unlocked for some reason.

Back during one of the beta tests for ARR it was possible to have it, then it disappeared.

Because the clipping. SE can't even do simple physics right. And this has also been the official answer for certain similar stuff that could clip.

Unless they got their physics right which I don't see happening anytime soon if at all we won't see long hair styles.

One thing about hairstyles that I love in this game, is that whenever we wear a hat, our characters don't sudden loose their hair or go semi-bald. That sort of thing ALWAYS irritated me in WoW and GW 2.

While we're on the topic of hairstyles, can the Hyur undercut ponytail please be added to male Miqo'te.

More manly accessories and long manly hair for guys, and more cute short hair for girls, with either styled bangs which arent flat, or no bangs.

Only difference seems to be that Aerith's bangs split, and these don't. Which can be a big thing for some people.
