Why are mounts so pretty and egi's so bad?

That is a huge change of gameplay and I know many Summoners who actually like their job, especially now (Flare happy). Buut.. I'd so love to have a transforming class, especially if it could whip up some unique visual designs. With the taint of primal magic I imagine Harmonixer (Shadow Hearts if anyone has played) XD.

Anyway, dislike the looks of the egi's as pets (Ifrit ok) and greatly dislike them in place of what a Summoner of a FF game would use. Yes, they can't be screen fillers like in the past but as other MMOrpgs have shown it isn't necessary to make them guinea pig portable.. or so.. cugly (cute ugly lol).

I'm looking forward or at least hoping for this new summoner glamour system as a source of relief/option.

Are scholars getting more faeries?

What more could they add for Scholars? They have the healing fairy, the Haste/Esuna fairy... I suppose they could get a Phoenix-Egi and make it a Raise/Reraise "fairy."

Actually I'm fine with the current Egi, bigger Egi only make problem in viewing IMO. But I think it's okay if the glamour will make Egi looks better like change current Egi with Leviathan, Ramuh, or Shiva. Ravana is okay too :)

SCH's faerie? I don't know any primal that suit well.

Instead of Primals we could have diffferent designs for the current fairies? Maybe make them male?
