is anyone else unable to connect to lobby server?

Me and a friend on Balmung also got 2002'd.

Ther already was one a few pages back. Not demanding compensation so much as disgruntled by the fact that they pay $10 a month and $40 for the game or something.. XD

It might have been a deliberate design choice - hoping we would stop spamming attempts at logging in and making the situation worse ahah

This is my grief w/ it. I wouldn't care if I didn't have to go back to the launcher and put in my info and one time pword every time. I'm tired of trying, so I'm off to probably take a nap until it's fixed.

That is cruel though. My authenticator battery will die at this point.

As much as I loved Heavensward so far:

Continuous DCs (at least every 1-2 minutes)
Finally got a 90k error and have been trying since to connect to server failing with error 2002.

I don't want to troll or badmouth anyone but obviously the release accompanying the early acess was not properly prepared or the amount of user was highly underestimated. Here I am with my early access not able to play due to the mentioned issues. As far as the board goes I'm not the only one and some other servers (i am on ragnarok) experience the very same problem.

I wonder if there will be a solution for because the current state is nothing but annoying.

Got 90002 kicked out of the game, now can't get back on 2002 error just like many others here.

well, we have no option other than waiting, that and going outside....
im just gonna wait

Same here, seems to be effecting a lot of players.

This his just early access. I'd hate to see launch day.

Was in Sargatanas with no issues earlier. Logged out for lunch came back and same issue 2002 error every time I try to connect to the data center. . .

What is this "outside" you speak of?

those of us that have been here since 2.0 have some perspective. this may be 'a mess' but it is nowhere near as much of 'a mess' as 2.0 early access and launch was.

Personally it was very successful, I played for like six hours after servers opened.
I then took a nap and now, can't log back on.

IT also doesn't help that everyone and their mother is playing at once so...honestly I'm surprised this is my first login trouble.

5:25am - I logged in
5:55am - Crash
6:00am - got back in
4:00pm - Crash
4:34pm - still waiting to get back on

not a bad launch but more people are coming home from work and school, good luck servers!

Seriously? Every MMO has crashes during launch phases. Thats also part of why Early Access exists. Its not yet Official launch. Think of EA as more of a beta before the launch. You get to try out the game in advance, and SE gets a chance to fix critical bugs not known because they only have so many testers available.

With everone getting home from work over the next couple hours its only going to get worse. hope ya guys got something else queued up for this weekend :p

They pay to fund the servers for average player loads, not launch loads. As such these problems will go away on their own once the spikes die down. They just don't want to pay to deal with 7 days of super-high use.

I'm not upset about not being able to connect, but I hope it gets resolved soon. I came here just to verify that it wasn't a problem on my end.

For me it's to enter the double pass
+ Error with dx11 - really, corrupted launcher,

Me and my FC mates got booted from Ragnarok. One of 'em seems to be able to log in but the rest of us still can't even connect to the lobby. Seems to be pot luck whether the server will let you on at the moment.

Playing on PS4, server Cerberus, also getting the 2002 error, after having been disconnected with a 90007 or so error.

Just got DCed and am now getting the 2002 error as well.

I agree it is annoying, though it's probably to deter people from login spam. I'm sure plenty of people will spam regardless, though.

You have to buy the DLC called 'sun clothing' and 'sun block'. It kind of sucks since you are seriously set back without it. Quite pay to win if you ask me.

Any official word on this yet? A status update on what is happening and an estimate on how long it will take to fix would be nice.

ugh that's why i can't stand this Real Life mmo... :/

Wow really annoying. My friends seem to have gotten back on yet I can't get in, go figure. It's annoying having to use my token a million times, and everytime the error happens the game totally shuts down.

I just got lucky and finally got in.
