There is already a request hairstyle thread.

FYI I love all races in this game, the fact that I am female miqo'te is moot. Why are their people who only love one race? Ever race is fantastic so again, why only female miqo'te? Also, this thread might even have been made prematurely considering we don't know the styles of hair styles the Au Ra will be getting. I want a Jack from Type-0 hair style for my male Au Ra but I'm unsure of what hair styles I could even choose from :p.

I participated in what seemed like a fun and creative concept/drawing thread. I didnt think of it as a request thread, I just figured it was more of a "I drew this thing I thought is cool, what do you think" type of thread. I dont want to seem bitter, but as Discordia stated, if you want to see something else maybe you can pick up a pen and add something positive instead of bringing others down.

I've always wanted a community contest of where we get to design a hairstyle, and have the winner's design be implemented in-game (with tweaks done by the FFXIV art team of course (insert reasons). Please make this happen? :D

I'm the biggest fan of long hair. (Makes me wonder why I cut mine a year ago ;_; ) In fact, when I made my lala I was looking for the longest hair, but with somewhat nice bangs... I'm all for the hair band looking one, but it kind of floats off my back. :c
I don't even give two swishes of a tail if it clips, I want hair down to the waist. Hair that caresses my chubby face! >:P *cough* Hair choice number one. *cough*
I would also like to see drill curls. I've totally seen threads about drill curls...

Lalafell long hair, I tried to make the hair fuller so that it curved around the face and looked a bit bouncy ^^. And I forgot to add the ears for the back shot T-T...

Hey guys just wanted to pop in and say I'm quite impressed by a lot of these hairstyles and would be excited to get them in-game. Unfortunately I cannot add any pictures as I have a shaky hand when it comes to drawing. Good Luck and hopefully we see these put in game soon.

It's... pretty much Sephiroth's hair. Just because it's on a female character doesn't mean it wouldn't work for guys. I think that the original poster was just saying he wanted a hairstyle like that for guys, not that the person in the picture was a guy.

I was actually thinking that. He should of posted a pic of sephiroth which is more likely to be done cuz it is in the ff series. Just kinda made me mad as the posted made it seem like that Integra Hellsing is a guy -.- (anime nerd) LOL

What about back shots btw? Some of the designs are sort of hard to imagine without a backshot. Like style 2 on this page, that bun could either be a bun or it could turn into a ponytail.

Yeah i guess i forgot to type that info out on here, I did when i posted on my blog through the lodestone. But most definitely some of the ones I did need side profile views/back views to really get the grasps of the styles. I do plan on doing them, just my son had woken up right as I finishing the front views so I went ahead and posted wut I had done xD

SMNmaGiC, Hyur Midlanders have something similar.

But this raises a point, I'd like to see more hairstyles that are race specific, to be available for all races.

It's a bit strange, I like the front of many of the hairstyles, but loathe the back end, so perhaps some variations.

Definitely more buns, please ^^
