What outfits from other FF entries would you like to see as vanity armor in FF14?

We kind of already have Kefka's attire. Just have to mix and match a few BRD pieces lol.

I would like to see the Mithra starter gear and Savage gear sets from Final Fantasy XI ported over with some modified male equivelent.

Yeah, no. The FFXIV design has too much going on. It's ridiculous. The simple aesthetic from Kain's Dragoon armor is what we need.

you know what would be nice.. if they added primal armor sets to match with the primal weapons.

This thread exemplifies why a vanity system was a good idea, so many varying tastes.

I would love to see them do Rydia, but have the sleeves that hang low and attach to the wrists kind of like a flowing cape, like Yuna's one sleeve, anyway that would be a unique set to see in game. I don't have a pic of Rydia (adult Rydia)

I'm not sure if anyone noticed, but Yoshida said they are adding the gear from a certain famous FF character in the last live letter. He has been dropping Cloud's name every once in a while lately, as well. I'm placing my bets on that.

Considering Golden Saucer is coming up, I'm gonna guess either Cloud (because FFVII) or Setzer (Because gambling).

I still want a variation of the knight templar armor from FF Tactics (the male version would hopefully have that splitting tabard thing).

We got pretty close on our own during 1.0, and I think SE should take us the rest of the way there. :O

Kuja's outfit. I think it would look awesome. Otherwise some of the FF8 gear - Squall's coat etc.

Whoever made this didn't play the same ff6 I did. Locke's whole character is he's damaged because he couldn't save his old girlfriend. He's always whining about it, being a white knight because of it or doing the 'I'm a TREASURE HUNTER' thing.

I guess I have to admit that I thought he was cool when I was 13 or whatever, but he's actually a pretty insufferable character looking back.
