Just a quick note - 外人 is actually offensive, but a lot of Japanese people don't think much of using it. The actual term is meant to be 外国人 which is more polite.

Even so, I support this. I don't have a character on either server, but I have been thinking of branching out. It would make sense to be able to get more people in the roulette queue...
