Losing whispering wind because something sneezed near Eos while she was casting it, is something that really, really needs to change. This is supposed to be our method for helping tick the raid back up after unavoidable AoE, but it is extremely unreliable now.
In intense fights, when you really need it you can pretty much guarantee she is gonna try to cast it and fail.
Should either be instant or the cooldown should not be blown when she gets interrupted. -

I just recently started the game and am still trying to wrap my head around everything, I have tried both a WHM and SCH as I knew when I started that I wanted to heal. Both classes seem fun, but Scholar seemed to fit my play style a bit more, however after running a couple dungeons on my SCH I had a annoyance that I was hoping someone could help me with.
After reading through this thread it seems, if I am understanding correctly, that there is no way to make EOS not cast Embrace until you tell her to. In the couple dungeons I was doing, low level stuff obviously, I was finding it annoying that she would either prioritize someone who dropped to low in health maybe a second before the tank or I had problems with overhealing as sometimes EOS would be behind me and I wouldn't see her casting Embrace and would end up overhealing my target.
I was wondering if I am understanding correctly that EOS will auto cast Embrace no matter what you do, and if anyone had any pointers as to a better way to control her regarding my above problems. The second problem very well may be me just being new to the class and having to pay better attention or a trick that I just haven't picked up on yet. Thanks for any help, I think I could really enjoy the class if I could get over these little annoyances. -
