A bug with Demon Wall, seriously

1) Happen if you either , use immune to knock back skill (PLD) or jump (DRG).
2) You can dodge / stoneskin and take 0 dmg.
3) I believe it is a bug. It happened to me and my friends from time to time. There is, sometime, a slight delay to repel's knock back effect. Your best option is to stay mid until a black lane pop.

This has been happening to my group more and more often, and it's most certainly not lag (at least not on our ends). It gets random people, sometimes more than 1 at once. We've even had it happen to the entire group before, where after repel nobody gets moved for a good 5-6 seconds. Sometime after we start to move from the center, it will just start shoving people around again.

Had this happen to me today. Everyone else in the party had been knocked back, so I assumed I was stoneskinned or otherwise protected. Everyone else was back in position, and I moved to the side to be ready for the next lane aoe. Then I got launched off the side, just before lane aoe started.
This wasn't lag, as I was in the center of the platform when repel hit.

#1 is he eats you and zones you back to entrance (can be seen by other players) this occurs if you are too close to him when he moves forward, will happen if you are stone skinned when he repels everyone else and then you don't move back

My Fairy actually went MIA after a Repel this morning.

Everyone seems very hostile in this thread, well on these forums but surprisingly in this thread. It is not the OP's fault he is getting knocked off like that and is an issue. I've never been put back to the start like they've mentioned but countless times I've had that odd lag where I don't get knocked back and then a few seconds later it's happened. It doesn't seem like lag at all and usually happens at a time where I have no lag whatsoever. It can't be server side because nobody else usually has it at the same time, although saying that I have seen 2 people have this issue at the same time once.

You all jump on the OP to tell them that it's not a bug but how can you be sure? Half of you probably don't even know what he's on about. It can easily be blamed on lag and probably isn't a bug but denying that it could be would mean you're fine with it. It does seem like very odd lag if it is and seems to be exactly the same amount of time each time it happens. Coincidental? Maybe, but could easily be something else causing it.

Like someone else said, the loading is due to the game warping you because it thinks you are behind the Wall (since the wall moves after each Repel, and apparently calculates the Wall's position before yours after Repel.) If you are right up on him, you will get the loading screen. You don't need to be that far up, though; just stay under his chin and you won't get knocked back in the goo the first few times.

Strange thing is, I got hit once by repel while standing still in the very center of the platform, started flying backwards, and after the little trip the loading screen showed up. Everything went black for a few seconds before being able to go back to fighting. Unless I was suffering a massive lag spike, I don't know how the server could have thought I was behind the wall.

yeah that sounds like some serious isp lag
