I don't think adding a post-instance queue will work, in fact I think it will cause more complaints when players who don't get to complete a dungeon because someone was using bad behavior have to quit and then deal with a timer only to be with another timer just get into the dungeon again with their team.
The issue is simple at the moment. Either the severs that maintain and host the dungeons need to be pushed to their capacity or there needs to simply be more of them in quantity.
With 1hr+ queues, how mad do you think players will become at even the mention of an additional timer. This is not a solution and it is not any players fault. This problem is server-side and until they make a move, I feel we will likely have to deal with situation unfortunately. :(
Wait so, you are telling me the dungeon servers are full and that's why you sit in queue when you have 8 ppl in a party already because the normal servers too are full because the servers are full?
