I still get many slow reactions times, especially in combat. So no, it's not fully functioning yet

people wanted content and now we're getting content. just because we're getting quest hubs/side quests doesn't mean we're not getting storyline missions. we're getting grand companies and the first of the dungeons in mid may so thats something to look foward to

There's a difference between efficiency and not working at all, and the UI can be better optimized as long as they decide to keep it server side.

So battle system is going in first what about class system or that no longer happening o.o

He only talks about a few things in his letters compared to the patch notes. If we get UI changes we probably won't know until patch day.

Aren't they fixing it every patch? Besides that, he has a point.... battle was planned for may, and now it's midjune at the earliest...
