Yes, you can view all the cutscenes at the inn.
However, if you're working through the main story and you've never seen the before, don't skip them. They're well worth watching and the impatient people there only to farm tomes need to simply get over it.
It seems like there's a bug right now. When I try to view the cutscenes under the Duty tab it doesn't show anything. Does anyone experience this as well?
A hundred times this.
ROFL
You have no problem with first timers in a dungeon watching cutscenes.
Then you bitch about a person watching a cutscene.
You sir, are a genius or an idiot.
EVERYONE is a first timer in a dungeon. Get it through your heads. It does not matter how many in a group are first timers. You were there. Don't give me any crap that you skipped scenes (all right some of you may have but not my point). And yes I also cannot see any scenes under Duty in my inn room. So no, I will not skip them just because you need more stuff.
I don't watch cutscenes for the first time in inn for the same reason I don't just watch them on YouTube in advance.
Is anybody still farming prae for phils after this hotfix anyway? Seems like a lot of better tomestone per hour options now.
I absolutely watched them all, within their intended context - while running the dungeon for my first time. Only one person was a dick about it.
But that one person is just going through the story quests, entering the dungeon through duty finder without knowing what to expect. He has made no agreement with anyone beforehand to skip cutscenes. And every individual has the right to experience the game as intended. If 7 farmers entered the df, they are still not an organized farm party, and the right of way goes to the one who wants to watch the cut scenes. If you want a full speed run party, shout for it.
It's much more fun to watch them in context than at the Inn.
I watched my cs on my first run. The group was ok with that. I wouldn't let those rushies to ruin my game experience, anyway. Man, this game is so full of antisocial behavior... I'm glad I found a good FC. -,-
I was robbed of my initial ending experience because the party was impatient. I read rather quickly so I'm going at the speed of the cut scenes. So, then I started skipping scenes just so I could ... oh i don't know . . . ACTUALLY fight my battle. In one case I still got locked out! It's ridiculous to think that I have to do this considering how much we pay for this game...MONTHLY. For these types of scenarios if there is a new player should not be skippable or at the very least the boss battle should not be able to start until they are in the room. I see numerous complaints about this issue and nothing seems to be done. An individual should not be robbed by their experience that they pay for just because everyone else is impatient. Imagine if you were at a dinner that you pay good money for and just because you actually want to take your time with tour courses you had to skip courses because no one else wanted to wait for you because "they already tasted it". Same concept.
