Titan (Hard Mode)

We ran this last night
PLD MT
WAR dps (just put him in some DRG armor and he can pull about 150dps, totally fine)
DRG
BRDx2
MNK
SCH
WHM

first 2 wipes were to mega derps by the WHM (we love him anyway), and downed him on the third pull

Titan is much easier to just dps race him down as hard as you can rather than try to sustain through with 3 healers imo, the SCH needs to put up his sacred soil during stomps, and everyone should be gathered in the center to bait the weights so there is pleanty of room to dodge it to the outside.

Agree x100000, be social, talk to people. Add people to your friendlists that you know can actually do the fight well or join a solid FC. The Titan fight is perfectly tuned currently imo and a lot of the complaints are coming from DF not having a gear check and forcing 2 tanks. It would be ok if one of the tanks was always a War but you normally get 2 PLDs when using the DF.

The only changes I would be fine with SE making is lower the heart HP IF SE doesn't change the DF, not sure how much programming that would require just for 1 fight.

I think a lot of people are with me when I say this game shouldn't be 100% DF'able or have content toned down for DF groups. The AF weapon is a reward not a hand out like the AF armor.

You can easily kill the heart with the 4 dps setup the DF uses. Harder part, in my opinion, being 2 healers. Just from my experiences in pugging Titan, heal requirement is pretty high for a two healer setup with random ppl.

I'm finding it nearly impossible to dodge Weight of the Land. I sat there anticipating it, moved 2 AOE lengths out of the freaking thing and it STILL hit me. The only way for me to consistently dodge it, is to already be moving when it is cast. Which is kind of hard for a monk DPS.
