Final Bondage 14 - subligar reborn

The coliseum gear, subligars and the newest swimsuits look smexy on my cat! Leave them alone, you have -plenty- of other armour options. ;)

I actually really like how they didnt fudge around with the designs to cater to "male" or "female". Yay for equality! I love my skimpy armors. :3 There are a lot of people like me who happen to appreciate that they can be a male character and not have to settle for something "different" just because we're male. Just like I"m sure there are people who appreciate that women can wear fully plated armor like males. Too many MMOs have fully plated armor for males and skimpy bikini armor for females and thats the end of that, and its driven me away from many a game. This game has so many outfit and armor options its really just silly of you to complain.

And you do know yoshiP has nothing to do with the actual character design, right? That's Yoshida Akihiko~ (Who's done art for most of the Ivalice Alliance series art work)

I love all these people who came into this not knowing what they were getting into. FFXI had subligars day one, they are not going away. :3

I made a female character so I dont care. That said, let the ladies have some eyecandy too.

First of all subligar, aka subligaria or subligaculum was a dress code for ancient Roman Gladiators so there is nothing wrong for it to be in this game with various designs, I welcome every single one of them.

For those that don't like subligars, you'll be happy to know that devs are working on a vanity slot system where you characters looks will differ from what you actually are wearing. As for me, I'll be wearing my subligar with pride on every class/job even if you can't see it on me yet, once vanity slots there, subligar 24/7 for me!

the hilarious thing is, I do think it was SE deliberately trolling the player base as they were first added in 1.0 after several months of people whining about "not enough 'sexy gear'... like the swimsuits..." and then along comes the coliseum gear which looked "Sexy"(?) on both genders... and lo and behold people whined...mostly about the male versions.
