/hood command and hiding helmets.

I hate the Hoods to the point that I refuse to wear cowls. If they looked lik the WHM AF, and I could put it down, I'd love to collect some.

Is this a feature being considered at all by the dev team?

They've already explained that they can't due this due to the design of the models for the gear in question.

/signed. i want this so badly. it would make the heavy plate armor worth wearing instead of that stupid fixed helmet that doesn't move at all.

They did want to implement this. They've spoken about it many times months ago even had concept arts with White Mages with the hoods up

I agree, the heavy armors that have the built in helmet are terrible looking. Every cs I was in where I was wearing that type of armor at the time was terrible. Mostly because an npc would talk to me, and when the camera would then focus on me I'd just be staring at a wall or something because I couldn't turn my head to respond to them.

During battle it is just as bad for Pld at least, because of the stance Pld take while fighting, when wearing that type of body armor I don't even look at the mob lol. Maybe I'm supposed to just think my character is such a bamf he doesn't need to see to block?

Idk if the intend to fix it or not, and idc tbh. I really just hope the hurry up with the vanity slots.
