First of all, your char and server name are in your avatar. No reason to post them again. Secondly, you are much better off opening a ticket as directed in the error message. I doubt that posting here is going to do anything at all.

* I posted earlier after a crash that prevented me from logging back in. The issue either resolved itself after an hour (roughly), or due to my postings on the forum and/or the support ticket I opened. Of course, I crashed again and am locked out with 3102 again, so here I am again.
