First, as painful as it is, some people do not logout because login these days is a pain in the ass, you can expect from 30 minutes to 6 or more hours trying to login so we can't really blame them,
but from a business perspective, you can't get rid of afkers, since since they will be paying a subscription 24/7 (excluding maintenance and crashes), from a business perspective you don't care if the people are actively playing or just being afk all of the time. Let's say those 6 million afkers are paying 14.99/month, that would be equal to 89 940 000. The problem is if you put restrictions, and those afkers do not like it, they could stop renewing their subscription which would cause a lower income to a business.
