They can't remove the keys from the account all they could do was move the key into your first and delete the second account... It not a remove from one and place it into the other. Pretty much they just bypassing the one time use policy.
Who knew that digital number stings they could infinitely generate were so....permanent and unwavering in nature.
I am not talking about moving a Collectors Edition. The SE support said I need to pay for a Digital Upgrade for the Standard Account. They obviously have the ability to give items, because of that service. Why can they not just delete the CE service 2 (Which they know I have) and give me a free Digital Upgrade (or Grant my Items or something).
I fail to see how any of that has to do with one use keys, seems more like money gouging to me.
It's a miracle this didn't happen to me! They removed that button, sure, but they removed it too late for some people.

@argo have you tried the mog station website? Their support page now has a form you can fill out for that very same problem. I filled it out for myself. It said it can take a couple weeks though.
I contacted Support again, as I had my doubts about it.

TL;DR, first Support Person effectively lied to me. SE Support really need to get their act together. Really the most diabolical service, but in the end all was sorted through perseverance.
It does make sense, it's your responsibility what you do with the keys. Has nothing to do with Square Enix.
