How the hell are you all even finding support in chat? I cant even find any of that under support...
If it makes you happier, my physical preorder hasn't arrived yet. It was shipped out 10 days ago and its stuck at a USPS sorting facility. So far digitalriver hasn't emailed me back yet. T.T
