Help please I pre-ordered from PSN,got a thank you for my purchase and an order number"not 12 digits",
Got a couple mails fron S E with 17 digit codes nowhere to even put that crap,
been playing since phase3 onward now today can get on at all unless I want to start a new character
I went to the square enix email from my original order (digital river is the merchant for the order) and looked up my original purchase and it listed the new 20 digit registration code. The original 20 digit code didnt work when re-registering but the 2nd one did. Try checking your order from the square enix store or wherever you bought the game from.
k so i went to mog station and typed my 20 character code (the early access code since thats the only code i have and already registered on to my account) and its says its already in use and my launcher is still asking for the 20 digit code too
