That doesn't explain the part about "The Fantasia will be sent via the Moogle Delivery Service in the order in which requests were received."

I submitted the form thinking it was for both, however, I think it's just for name change? I'll have to call support tomorrow and cancel it.

When will these Fantasias be submitted? And what's our next course of action? Do we need to contact you guys in anyway?

If there's some convoluted way of getting the Vial of Fantasia, I couldn't understand why the name change option was so straightforward. If this is the thread in which you request the Vial, then I'm checking in.

Sounds like those of you who were affected by the appearance issues will have the fantasia delivered to you automatically. Thanks for fixing this for us SE, much appreciated!

It specifically says "in the order the requests were received". Why do they need requests if it's automatic? And how do we put in requests?

Yeah I had this issue too...want the vial but do not want a name change. Some clarification would be greatly appreciated on what we need to do for the vial.

I never got to use my benchmark character creation data either, is there no longer a way to report this? D: I noticed quite a few differences between the benchmark version that I made and the one I made in the Open Beta (which I'm not as happy with but couldn't use the data to make it the same appearance)
