Sadly this doesn't work for me, and Square like usual are keeping this completely quiet.
I 100% feel like I've been completely scammed. There is no way to contact Square for help and no words. Buying from their store should have been a painless issue but instead has really shown me how little they care for the US/EU auidence.
Are you sure about this? I'm just curious because this happened to me too: I added the code to my platform, am now at 33 days, but it says I have zero characters. It'd be nice if there was an official word about this, but I don't know of anything aside from players just saying things, and I can't check that my chars are still there at the moment.
So you're saying I want to click "Add New Service Account" to enter my CE code? Wouldn't that make a whole NEW account and not add it to my existing account...?
Unfortunately this isn't working for me either, and I have no idea why. I enter my email address (that my pre-order code was sent to) and my card number and it only pulls my Before Meteor pre-order. I don't know the password for this mysterious account, so I enter the order number and have it send my password, but get no email. /frustrated.
Does anyone know of a way to view order history on the SE store? I can't find it.
I went to this site and when I put in the information it redirected me to my Tera Online account.
This isnt working for me either...i bought the game on psn and dont have any code or mail......
I got this "The_CD_key_that_comes_as_part_of_this_purchase_has_been_integrated_with_DLC_items_Please_note_that_the_DLC_items_no_longer_require_an_additional_code_to_access_your_content_041200" in the area that was supposed to be my CE code.
