Mog Station Item Code Issues

Just to test tried the Asuran Armguard code I got from my 3xJP version FFXIII and...

The code's region is inapplicable.
You can only enter codes from the same region as your Square Enix account.

:( At least we have some hope that they might fix this. Since Rio got an email from support. Devs if your out there :D please reach out to us.

Been away for the weekend, but I have not recieved any news, but when I do I will let you guys know ^^
I understand they have a large amount of people contacting them with various problems so I am sure they will get to us as soon as they can :D

Its not just an issue for those mugu mugu earrings. other items codes aren't working either. i have a US code for both the Asuran Gauntlets and the Onion Helm and neither will work. I keep submitting tickets but Support just keeps closing them on me without an answer.
