Fav: Everything about tanking. The hate-holding, damage mitigating, high hp, just all of it.
Least Fav: When DPS don't follow the marks I laid out and they end up pulling too much hate on themselves. Sometimes, I think it might just be that some people believe the marks as counting down from 3, 2, 1 rather than the way I intended.

Fav: Acting as the defacto leader of the party
Feeling like a true hero when you hold agro with multiple targets and protect your team
Least: When I have to do missions solo D:
When DD's run ahead and pull everything. In those instances, if they keep doing it, I will eventually let them take all the hate and allow them to wipe the party. Then I will politely say. (Gladiator) = (monster) (fishing) ok? ^_^ They usually learn the lesson pretty quick and the whole party seems to work a little better.

Fave: The chaos and rush
L Fave: The chaos and rush
Actually I like it when everything is going smooth and then someone goes linkdead or a cat jumps on a keyboard and another group of aggro comes rushing to an already existing fight.
I also hate that.
But I love it.
I swear I don't cut myself for fun.

Fav: Insta-queue on the Duty Finder.
Least Fav: Trigger happy DPS-folks.
-
Fav: Insta-que! Being punched in the face and taking it like a man so my friends don't! Learning the ins and outs of situational abilities to help hold hate or keep myself and everyone alive while the DPS just worry about button mashing until the boss is dead. Putting on heavy armor, grabbing a sword and shield and being awesome!
Least Fav: The "Go" guy, the L2PN00B healer that doesn't heal anyone. Being blamed for every wipe no matter who's fault it was.
-
Fav:
The exploration
Nostalgia
Dps/tank/healer love all roles tried them all
Least fave:
Tanks who refuse to tank, happened alot when I did dungeons as a healer
I wouldn't heal or run ahead always waited till tank initiated a pull and fight but then would get those ones mainly marauder ( sorry to all the good marauder tanks) they wouldn't use any eminity skills to pull the hate so I could heal without pulling all the mobs to me so thus ended up just having to heal with medica over and over to keep me and the dps alive while tanking all as well and they would look dumbfounded at what happened I even offered help on there rotation to keep the hate since my friend is a amazing tank and taught me how to tank effectively tho they refused to listen and just played there way so I apologized to the dps because there was no way I could tank the last bosses In the instance and keep everyone healed as a conj so we all left the tank to fend for him/ herself.

Favorite-
Tanking. Pretty much everything about it.
Least-
Duty finder parties. I queue WHM most of the time just so I don't have to deal with poor PUG dynamics and people not paying attention.
-
Favorite: Amazing looking armor, huge axes (Warriors), taking the lead in a group, and honestly having no competition for loot in 4 man dungeons.
Least: DPS players who have no clue how to control their aggro and unleash everything they have on the wrong target and cause me to run around like a mad man chasing down loose adds. This was primarily Archers in phase 4 unfortunately.

Favorite: - keeping people safe and feeling like the "leader" of the group where the tank goes the rest follow even if it's the wrong area >:D If you jump off a bridge they follow and take fall damage muhahaha!
- every battle is different DDs may not follow your call signs and kill out of order and mobs do different attacks at different times and you need to avoid AoE circles or cone dmg (keeping face away from the healers etc.)
Least Favorite: I don't really *like* how people tell me how to do my job or give me advice or when there is no communication in the party or people don't follow the kill order I place on the mobs.
P.S. people that say they don't like it when ppl tell them how to do there job on this tread go right back around and say "conj don't know how to play there job" maybe you are just under geared and conj can't keep you alive... at the same time conj might suck but it's there job let them do it and don't bash them because of it. if they ask for help offer some advice

Favorite: I love being able to fight multiple enemies. Some people are afraid, or at least dislike, the groups of enemies but I find them to be extremely fun. The next thing I love is Gladiator / paladin specific, but I love Shield Bash in this game. It's really useful.
Least favorite: Until this morning I actually didn't have one but it is now getting blamed if the party wipes. I admit that i'm not the best tank in FFXIV and I make mistakes sometimes, but when it's clearly the fault of a DD "not wanting to do something" we agreed on during a boss fight or something else out of my control it's a little bit frustrating that they still blame me.
