Mmmm, that new forum taste. Crunchy is what I call it.
Glad I finally get to participate in here, I loved following the old Lore forum even if I wasn't a player of 1.0. Looking forward to grognarding out about lore with you all.
Really not a fan of those limits for this forum in particular, though.
To those who have waded through our realm before, welcome home.
And to those finding our quagmire for the first time, greetings.
We must needs delve through these murky depths together.
Hopefully, this is one of the situations where SE starts with a tight leash and gives slack over time. After all, the beta forums were practically a performance art piece extolling the virtues of a monthly subscription model. If not, I'm going to need one of those Twitter character counters to edit for conciseness, otherwise I'll be posting a lot of "Check back in an hour for, 'Amberscale Rock is Actually a Dragon [Part 5/9]'"
I'm gonna hold back for a few days to give the usual suspects time to decide what they'd like to dig out of Archives. Noloe was big on the timeline and I loved comparing the one he was building to the one I toyed with in my GamerEscape sandboxes. I hope it makes a comeback!
Bem vindo! (pt_BR)
I already have a few threads I want to make (one on the subject of Garlean racial policy, one slightly fanon-ish community discussion post about names that deliberately "bend" the naming convention in-universe, and if nobody else makes it, a continuation of the Garlean naming convention thread). Just have to wait until Saturday when I can actually get the character levels to do that. :V
Ahhh it's good to be back. A little sad all the old threads got archived but overall it's probably better for the forums that way taken as a whole including General Discussion and the other sections.
Do you think we'll need to create new threads to revive old topics that never got a chance to be answered by Ferne yet? I know he'd made a post at one point saying he's seen a lot of the requests and looked into them to varying degrees but hadn't gotten time to actually reply to them yet.
Hello aLL /welcome back Lore Forum
