The Square Enix Europe store will continue to add new options for FFXIV: ARR in the coming days (including the physical versions!) so please stay tuned! Alternatively, there are retailers that are currently taking pre-orders for those as well! :D

It's stated that 1.0 players will get the ARR version to download and that CE 1.0 players will get in-game CE items but there is no mention on pre-order bonuses.


Will 1.0 players get pre-order bonuses without having to pre-order the game again?


I know we can upgrade digitally at launch to get the CE in-game items, will we also get the artbook, CD, etc?

Any of those UK Retailers? I'm having difficulty finding them with up-to date information.

I want to pre-order the PS3 Collectors edition for the physical stuff, but I cannot seem to find any store in EU that will allow me to pre-oder yet, and I've tried looking in Game, Gamestop, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.es and Fnac.es, and most of them aren't even listing it yet.

I bet Square wants my money (and that fo my friends and more EU gamers that ant to get the game), so I hope this will get fixed/updated soon.

If you pre-order FFXIV: A Realm Reborn from a participating retailer and register the pre-order code within the specificied time period, you will be granted access to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn prior to the official launch!

can we apply this code to active 1.0 accounts, and get early access on old account?

well i'd preorder a new copy of CE, to get early access code, and CE item codes, CE items, and support SE with some extra money :) well IF i can apply early access/CE codes to old account.
then i could maybe let someone else use the CE cd-key, and start their own service account?
or if i buy PS3 version, someone else can play on that, while i play my own account...again IF i can get the codes for my own account :)

Huh, they must have updated while I was writing the post.

So i need a clarification. Me and my brother both have an SE account. Say my brother buys the PS3 version, can we play on the PS3 with both accounts at different times, provided we have two different Sony Network accounts to tie to each of the SE accounts to? Or would a single network account be able to be tied to two SE accounts? Or would i need to get a second copy of the game? I remember back with XI, I would swap over to his PS2 so i could keep playing, while he used the PC for whatever he might have wanted to do.

You need to get a second copy of the PS3 version, since now you need to attach the code to a Sony account. And you can only do it 1 code per sony acct

Bayohne....several questions

1. I noticed in the pricing section that non Legacy players will have the option of paying at 180 intervals. Will that option be exrended to Legacy members? I am not looking for an even bigger discount then that already offered to Legacy members just the ability to pay at longer intervals.

2. Probably a dumb question but I will ask it anyways....do the Collector's Editions for both the PC and the PS3 contain the same items. Hope so have the CE for PC from version 1.0 but want to order it for the PS3 especially if it is the same.

3. Is SE going to gaurentee delivery in time for early access with pre-orders. No sense in pre-ordering if we cannot get the full benefits.

4. What do I do with this collection of Security Tokens I am getting? The one I received when they were first Introduced still works.
