I think Arcanist should be the class for Summoner and Necromancer job.
Beastmaster is not a DoM I think. SE might give them one hand axe weapons again.
edit: Whip would be nice.

Beastmaster should be a whip class.
In my opinion making comparison charts like this makes the class systems flaws shine even more.
Let's look at the Arcanist -> Beastmaster.
Why would a Beastmaster be summoning carbuncle? (Standard abillity of Arcanist) or any job for that matter that isn't related to summoner.
Making the super unique jobs such as beastmaster and Blue-mage are hamstringed by requiring a class to draw skills from that will generally be unrelated to the job itself.
The current Classes and jobs mix slightly better because all of the current classes are just wattered down versions of their job specialties, but Jobs like Bard are a shining example of how easy it is to make the job feel out of place to it's related class.

Parivir could work as Samurai's Class.
Edit:
http://finalfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/Templar_%28Job%29
Lancer is a hard one pretty much the only other job besides Dragoon known to use spears (swords as well in this case) is Templar from Tactic's advance and A2. Besides that like the user above me said Samurai could work as a spear user though i would be surprised if it ever happened.
I always thought a stavesman would be an ideal secondary job for lancer.
Like the Bo or Quarterstaff, and even those with blades on either end. Lightweight and used more in hasty close range blunt melee using martial arts, over the dragoon's distant stabbing.
If stavesman is a common ff job then yes if not then no it seem jobs would be taking the role of common Jobs in final fantasy history while Class would take more of normal job names like shaman and such.
Not if the 2 job link to a class take other role in name calling then that would make sense.
I don't really mind the system as it is, but would it be a good idea to changed it so it works like this?:
Each class has it's main job. Each class then gets a secondary job, in which it can be unlocked by having a certain class levelled up to a certain level.
Conjurer -> White Mage (Main job)
Archer -> Ranger (Main job)
(Primary) + (Secondary) = Secondary job
Archer + Conjurer -> Bard (Secondary job)
The aim of the secondary job would be to open up the role of the class. For example, the secondary job allows Archers to deviate from a damage dealing job to a support job.
Thus, main jobs would further extrapolate on the class intended for parties with more than 4 people, and the secondary job allowing for more freedom in terms of what role you can be in a party.
I guess an idea of how this could work with the classes and jobs given:
(Main jobs)
Gladiator -> Paladin - Tank
Marauder -> Warrior - DD/Tank
Lancer -> Dragoon - Melee DD
Pugilist -> Monk - Melee DD
Archer -> Ranger - Ranged DD
Arcanist -> Summoner - Debuffs/Caster DD
Conjurer -> White Mage - Healer
Thaumaturge -> Black Mage - Caster DD
Musketeer -> Corsair - Ranged DD/Support
___(1)___ -> Blue Mage - ??
___(2)___ -> Thief - Melee DD/Support?
___(3)___ -> Geomancer Support Caster?
(Secondary Jobs)
Gladiator + ___(2)___ -> Dark Knight - Melee DD/Tank?
Marauder + ___(1)___ -> Samurai - Melee DD
Lancer + Pugilist -> Puppet Master - ??
Pugilist + Musketeer -> Ninja - Melee Support/Tank
Archer + Conjurer -> Bard - Support/DD
Arcanist + ___(3)___ -> Time Mage - Support/Buffs/Minimal Caster DD
Conjurer + Thaumaturge -> Red Mage - Caster DD/Support
Thaumaturge + Arcanist -> Scholar - Buffs/Support/Caster DD
Musketeer + Gladiator -> ??? Tank Job?
___(1)___ + Lancer -> Beast Master - Off Tank
___(2)___ + Marauder -> ??? Support/Tank job?
___(3)___ + Archer -> Cannoneer - Ranged DD/Buffs/Debuffs
This is just an example :) I don't hold any particular beliefs as to what should be mixed with what.
