Of course they are, however the restrictions on this particular forum prevents that prevents a great deal of that abuse.

I just feel that when I agree with someone or enjoy their post I like it. And when I don't, I don't. And if I disagree strongly enough I will respond and provide my opinions. I don't need to be able to visually debase them as well.

To answer OP's question July at earliest but possibly later if they get off schedule which they tend to do with their timelines.
