Possibly though the empire has a lot of magitek to begin with since they use it to make up for having a weak magical background... as I believe it was said before most citizens of the empire can't really use magic. I just want to see if the VIth Legatus pulls off an awesome Kefka move :P since Kefka is my fav bad guy...

IVth Legatus sets up a base on the real moon, then shoots us with a laser from the moon! Onoes.

Vth Legatus eats the mothercrystals, OM NOM NOM.

VIth Legatus finds 3 statues, moves them around, destroys world again.

VIIIth Legatus touched us while we were in time stasis while Primals wiped our memories, or something.

IXth Legatus tries to merge Hydaelyn with its twin plant Nyleadyh.

Xth Legatus was just a dream and wasn't really real.

XIIth Legatus causes a lot of political drama that confuses most of Hydaelyn.

XIIIth Legatus is a l'Cie, RAWRRRRRRRRRRRRR~
