Hahaha.. interesting little plan... but this can only be done if you can buy multiple plots of land.
I plan on opening a luxury brothel. All I need is a cook, a bard for music and some sexy "tenants" dancing, posing with undeniable special people skills. I think I'd make a fortune running this kind of buisness in a Final Fantasy game, don't you think? XD

how much fun would it be to be a land baron in ARR ? we have all seen it when groups of people control the market on certain items.. people are always asking for mini games. :)

i'm seriously interested in the prospect of selling fully furnished property and/or renting out rooms. will ARR be my one true realty love?

Would be cool if, multiple people can live in a house with their own room. We can decorate our rooms as we like.

Perhaps we can also change the privacy of our rooms. Like, your roommates (or guests)can walk into your room when you're not home to check it out.

Would even be more cool if you decide to log out from your bed, and people can see your character sleeping. But that'll probably be super hilarious actually, considering if you leave your room as Public, people can just stand next to your bed and watch you sleep.
