I believe from what I saw in the latest ARR trailer, Limsa almost pretty much didn't change. Plus, it's kinda a bit "outsider" from the main continent. :p

Yes, it really didn't show Limsa directly, but from what I feel, La Noscea still feels more alive. I'm keeping it positive though. XD
