The fact that some of the shrines are guarded now (esp those with the rather low-levelled L50 imperials) might just mean that SE wants us there doing something.

That is what I figure, but I'm not sure just what yet.

I just got done praying at all 12 in order and nothing happened :( Thaliak one resonating loudly is the only thing i don't remember when i did the prayer quest

To further solidify this idea I noticed the last issue from The Raven, titled "United in Prayer"

Here's an excerpt....

I tried /prayfervently and nothing happened ><. Looks like we just need a lot more people

I was just there to test whether the stone will have a different message every time I offered a prayer...
this needs to be a more co-ordinated effort as our individual prayers do not seem to be having any effect.

Anyone who's following this thread... I'd certainly want to try THIS now as well haha.

Actually there has been some degree of success.... some of us managed to pray the Bixies away... with Nael von Darnus sometimes yes sometimes no... so now most of the time we end up doing both and manage to kill off all the mobs thrown at us. Masamune only just got an army of Qiqirns and some high level elementals, guess we're a bit slower than some of the other servers.

is it always the same that resonates? maybe you have to pray to the one that's resonating, or only those from that diety have the power to pray
