That's good advice, i just don't want my JP friends to get segregated into a mostly all NA server as thats too much to ask of them. And at the same time i don't want to pick a server located in japan(language reasons) but maybe there will be a decent na/jp populated world which i'm hoping for.

You do know that the current servers are all located in Japan right? They're only giving players extra options to move elsewhere if they want to improve their gameplay experience. They can't force people to play on a server, people will go wherever they want. Basically the only way to make you happy is to keep servers in Japan which is an incredibly stupid request anyway.

It's not about being japanese, it's about speaking japanese.

It's mostly because auto-translator sucks and they can't speak english very well. While japaneses do learn english at school, they don't have to use it in their every day life. It's really easy to forget if you don't practice it.

It's pretty much the same for americans. I'm sure they do learn a second language at school, but most of them can't speak it once they're done with school. (I'm french canadian, so I don't know exactly how it works in the USA. I concider myself lucky, all the games we had when I was young were the US versions... in english. That's where I learnt english.)
