I've always been baffled by the pvp reward system. Ultimates, which are much more hyped up by both the devs and the community, still have all their rewards available for those willing to put in the work to get them. Sure some might be easier or harder, due to level sync weirdness and job changes, but at the end of the day, there's nothing stopping a motivated player from getting those rewards. The same should be true for pvp rewards.
It's so strange that pvp follows the FOMO model, when it's so at odds with literally the rest of the entire game's reward structure. I'm not saying they have to be easy to get, they can make them cost a ton of wolf collars if they really want them to be a grind/hard to get, but the bottom line is that they SHOULD be available as a goal to work towards for those willing to put in the effort
