Thank you Sage, sweet as always. :) I did mine though, it's awesome isn't it. Day or spooky foggy night! I love all the details and how it fills up a lot of space without using outside object count.

Glad they help!
One other thing to keep in mind is not to run all the way out to the wall; like many mechanics, splatting one side of the room will be followed by splatting the other (or sometimes splatting the same side twice in a row). So for mechanics like that, going only as far out as you need to in order to stay safe means you have that much less distance to go if you need to swap sides afterwards.
That's why I mention the elbow line as roughly where the safe area starts; I see more folks die to this boss in roulettes and whatnot due to running all the way to the wall to stay safe, because then they're so far out they're not able to make it back across to the other side.
Play WAR, stand in everything, press heal buttons, call it skill. Theres how you beat it without eyeballs

Maybe a visual will help?
If you're not tanking, do it as ranged DPS or healer. It makes it much easier to see where the safe spots are. I agree that having a massive blob of a boss in your face doesn't help when it comes to trying to see where it will be safe to stand.
Also remember that the animation for the mechanic doesn't have to complete before you move. Move toward the middle as soon as the orange indicator on the floor disappears. Then you can either continue your forward motion or move back depending on which side it's going to hit next.
just for clarity if anyone doesnt know, you can tilt the camera view up and down by holding ctrl + up or down arrow keys. especially helpful for lalafell players.
I like this guys guides. In depth and tank perspective, hope it helps. Good luck

I assume this darker red ground AoE marker could be hard to see if you're colorblind, and it's also one of those where you have to remember the pattern and then dodge afterward.
