That is why I still write it down here that I'd like the second dot to stay.
Now whether they ignore it or don't want to do it is up to them and overall feedback on the matter.

I strongely encourage anyone who share this opinion to do the same.

Energy drain from SCH was gone in SHB and reintroduce later on (examples aren't similar, I know, it's about being heard about something).
I don't think it would be impossible to ask for the second dot to be reintroduce as well.

I was considering playing SGE for DT. But now that the only optimization skill you get is a 60s ogcd, it’s killed any interest in trying it in DT. It’s just more of the same.

I saw that the reason they don’t allow sage dots to stack is because of JP feedback. Reasons like too much of a hassle to keep up, range is too narrow (hello fluid aura from ARR and heavensward), feels clunky, etc. That they prefer brain dead dps rotation so they can focus on healing.

It’s extremely disappointing. But also what healing do they want to focus on?? In current endwalker in top I don’t even use gcd healing till P3 and that’s while the boss is untargetable mind you. And that’s in an ultimate fight. I barely gcd healed anything in top. The only content that surprisingly forced me to gcd heal was criterion savage. No not savage raids and not ultimate.

So again what healing do they want to focus on? Maybe JP healers are just very inefficient. Or at least the vocal ones on their forums. Maybe even dare I say it, bad? Otherwise I must be playing a different game where healing needs to be focused on.

It’s so frustrating that they’re trying to please everyone, the people who want to heal and the people who want to dps, because that just makes no one happy. Pick one instead of wavering in the middle. If you’re going to make HPS requirements pathetic, make most damage instances a mitigation check vs healing check then you need to give me more to my gameplay rotation.

Spamming one button for 99% of the fight isn’t fun and in reality only puts more pressure to push said button because of how much potency is locked behind it. If you’re going to give me pathetic hps requirements to clear fights then give me more offensively to entertain me. Multiple dots with different timers to juggle, multiple cooldowns that give damage or anything.

Or increase the hps requirements so I’m forced to gcd heal. But that would require a lot of damage because our kits are so bloated with OGCD’s that are frankly too powerful.

I personally want to heal and support my team mates. That’s why I play healer. But the state of things is so pathetic and sad. I really miss our kits from a realm reborn, heavensward and stormblood. I just want engaging gameplay be it healing or dps.

Oh don't worry, they're picking someone, it's the third group you didn't mention. It's not the ones that want to dps, and neither the ones that want to heal. It's the ones that want to netflix heal.

THIS WAS LITERALLY MY UNDERSTANDING; like, I thought that they were gonna give SGE old SCH's kit to placate the healers who are tired of spamming 1, cause, y'know, it's the DPS healer? They couldn't even add anything to Kardia. The answer is right in front of them!

I dont quite understand the meaning of non-stackable E Dyskrasia. A good SGE will cast single dots on each mob during wall to wall pulls anyway. A 75 pot dot vs 40 seems like a waste. Yeah sure, you're faster applying the dots with E Dyskrasia, but still... I'd still use the stronger dot anytime if I have the chance to cast it multiple times.

E.Dyskrasia is 400 per target, Dyskrasia is 170, E.Dosis is 750.
Let's start at 3 targets, three casts. E.Dosis will be 2250, E.Dyskrasia is 1200 and the two additional Dyskrasias are 1020 for a total of 2220. E.Dosis wins there.
Bump up to 4 targets, 4 casts. E.Dosis is 3000, E.Dyskrasia is 1600 and the three Dyskrasias are 1530 for a total of 3130. The Dyskrasia pair pull ahead here.

You'd never use eukrasia dyskrasia anyway, because of its ridiculously small radius, the size of the mobs, the netcode and snapshotting, and as a result, you'd rather E dosis on the move indeed. Truly this spell as it's been changed last minute is a joke. If it had stacked it would have been perfectly fine. E Dosis on the move, E dyskrasia once everything is bundled up.
But... nope.

...what is even more depressing is the blatant disregard of feedback and wishes from non-JP communities, which from what I saw somewhere is a vastly greater number than all of JP combined.

But the moment non-JP does something unexpected or bad, that's the only time they react. It's really heartbreaking how little they care from overseas' feedback. PvE, PvP, doesn't matter, blatant JP bias and favouritism will be upheld.
