Yes and no. Hunt trains tend to be a world to themselves because of the number of players present at the same spot. It creates havoc with FPS and latency that you're not going to see in an instanced duty with only 7 other players present. Someone with a high end computer shouldn't be affected but those with middle of the road systems will - and not everyone doing Ultimate raids has a high end PC at their disposal.
Bookers crazy

Todays word is "bookers", and it's brought to you in part by Big Salt. They do suggest , after becoming a booker, that a player visits the Hall of the Novice for novice training, which grants a lvl 15 gearset and a special ring with an exp bonus.... but, the novice training is obsolete and only teaches you to punch things (single target) and avoid things (the dumb). The solution to this and other issues is to fix the novice training, expand on it with a lvl 50 version that includes the usage of role actions and other cooldowns, and gate progression behind it. It's been said here many times, but the approach of complaining about people who buy books and making that out to be the problem isn't gonna actually get the devs to do anything. The problem is skill issue, the solution is teaching issue, not purchase issue. (Get it, purchase issue?)
ARR is miserable, and the bar for completing roulettes is on the floor. I'd rather someone take a few runs to learn with a bigger toolbox than slog through dozens of hours of ARR content.
Nope.
There are an abundance of people who don't book, that also don't understand the fundamentals of their class, the fundamentals of an MMO, or the bare fundamentals of multiplication/addition for that matter when it comes to using AoE.
As far as I am concerned, if someone actually cares then they will do the diligence to learn what they need to, for the level they are playing at, and they will do this regardless of whether they skip or not. Just the same that there are people that absolutely don't bother regardless of whether they book or don't.
The only thiong need to do is really add a hall of the intermediate for all players.
Been with the game since 1.0 beta also have all classes maxed but still clueless about tanking. How know ones used books and maybe not bots that was in your group. I have run into lots of tank and healer bots in duty finder.
People have been awful at this game since day one of ARR (never played 1.x). I specifically tried to notice if my roulettes got worse after they added level boosts and never noticed any difference. People are just bad.
