The amount of apathetic, arsehole responses to OP is incredible. there's a thread in tech support section with folks saying this exact same thing, AND IT'S BEEN GOING ON FOR WEEKS WITH NO HELP FROM SE. I'm sorry to be another complainer, but SE really needs to improve their customer support. That's the bottom line. Anyone who argues differently is delusional.

Maybe so but if other players can login to this guys character and he can't then obviously the fault is at HIS end otherwise no one else could login to it.

Most people are quick to blame SE before they even attempt to see if anything is wrong at their end.

Since other people can log on his Account, how is the fault not on his end? And that is what Fear said.. the fault is on HIS END and not it is HIS fault.

This really. If the character is no longer in the account or can't be loaded to the server it's SquEnix but if the character can be loaded and the client is corrupted, just fix the client.
Delete Ksenia? Sure, no problem. Make her again and keep playing? No chance. Reinstall the game so I don't have to delete her? Um.. yea.

Everyone saying that the problem is with him is correct. If other people can log on to his character but he just gets stuck on loading screen it is more than likely a network/ISP problem on his end, he should contact his ISP. If he is crashing its probably the client.

God you morons, do you think he hasn't OBVIOUSLY done this!!!??? If you guys haven't figured it out SE associates your NICards MAC address with your account. Hence the previous thread about having 5 accounts and not having a token, security problems.
It's entirely possible that when that market ward crashed the SERVER side client corrupted his associated MAC address with that character.
The bigger problem, that a large number of people aren't seeming to grasp is that SE HAS NO ANSWER FOR 80% OF THESE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS. They have, what I assume, is a skeleton crew of customer service folks, that have no real control over any actual client/account problems. It needs to be brought up, and addressed, just like the state of the game was/is.
