[Request] Matte Mandervillous Weapons

I understand folks are unhappy with the current relic formula and I agree it's the most boring it's ever been. However all of the other matte relics have always just unlocked when you finish the weapon normally. I don't really see the point in adding a tedious requirement to something with less flair than the standard glowy relic.

Maat is the NPC in Final Fantasy 11 who handles the quests that allow you to increase your level cap from 50 through to 99. They're trying to crack a joke about maat and matte being homophones.
