Yes, before the EW rework to ACN/SMN's gameplay I'd have said that SMN should be the standalone, and ACN>SCH be the 'upgrade path', because it makes more sense to me for the reasons I previously gave. Now that SE has reworked ACN gameplay to be 150% tied to SMN's gameplay, this is no longer feasible, and SCH would make more sense (from a 'how the job/classes play' perspective) to be the 'standalone' optionQuote:
