-More fun itemization (weapon that change skill FX and/or effect like a whm staff making blood lily lingering for 10 sec after use dealing damage while healing your party.
-Make job kit more interesting, get rid of useless button like 1 2 3 combo skill that should be on one key instead of 3 (for jobs that have no variation with said "combo").
-Change that dungeon "design" philosophy of a boring/limiting corridor with 3 boss room to something more open and interesting to explore, i see variant dungeon as an alpha of what regular dungeon should be. There are so much possibility i wish they stopped putting dungeon for the sake of putting a dungeon and started designing fun to replay content.
TLDR : Less curated/streamlined content and more fun thing to do and to look at instead.
