that's not the point, the GMs admitted that he hasn't broken any rule in the ToS
according to these forums the ToS are perfect and infallible, so it should cover any bad behavior regardless of what it is

I'm hesitant to believe the initial post because from what i've observed the GMs just toss you into mordion gaol and when one of them is both online and free -then- they give you your warning.
Bro only 4chan neckbeards pays attention to that drama
Even t100 feasters don't give a shit
Also I just asked around including some t10s, outside of people in CCRC legitimately no one even cares. Kinda funny to see a random 4chan anon try to lord over t100s about being "in the know".
Basically this:

Even Zodiark trancers drama was more spicy lmao

Depends on what you did and they'll keep you there if its a temporary suspension. Once you've "served your time" you have to then wait for one of them to both be online/on the clock and ready/willing to release you iirc. It isn't terribly long but the length of time can vary a little bit if they're off doing something else.
Honestly I like it over an automated system since if you've done something bad enough to warrant being placed ingay baby jailGM prison then you should be made to wait for when a GM is free to release you.
It's also used for disputes where they need more information such as an argument between two players.
So this can lead to a TOS violation is why they mention it.
"Nuisance behavior" is one of those things you can be reported for that are really case by case. Essentially if someone else was hurt by your actions, you can be actioned. Regardless if it was against TOS or not.
The grey area in that one is kinda dumb, but that's probably why.
You wont get a mail or warning like that, if you did not do anything wrong...
My verdict is you don't just get reported out in the open sky and that they do take their time to read things when they issue a warning or perform a ban.
Some people are trolling, and on purpose trying to get on peoples nerves, it may not actually be breaking the ToS and the likes, but if you mess people too much up, you are just going to get the short end of the stick and that is that.
No sympathy for the person, some people just exist to openly annoy others and then complain, when the GMs or moderators tell you to stop, stop yourself would be the better answer and solution to things.
