I have to agree with OP, the new shatter map is much worse than than the old version. It's seriously just not fun at all.

I'd rather have secure back in the rotation if it meant having the old shatter back. At least then I was only avoiding one out of every four days in the rotation. Seems like I'll be avoiding one out of three days now.

Maybe things were like that on your datacenter, but on Primal, even before the whole PvP rework we got in EW (aka way bf smn/drk/drg LB stacking where a thing), a team could easily win by doing pvp only.



On topic: I'm all in for the map be reverted back, the new map is horrible in so many levels compared to the previous version, not just the constant ice spawning but also how tanky they are now for no reason, stalling the match more than needed. No escape routes for all teams on each big ice at the corners, and for last, the walls around the big ice on middle being more a hindrance than a good thing.

From what I know, They never reverted anything to what it was.. sorry friend but its gone forever. The pvp team at square is just so out of touch

Shatter was bad but this is the nail in the coffin for me, I'm done with this game lol I have played this game over the years, participated in all of the PvP content, they we're all deleted.

Everytime it was starting to be fun, they deleted everything, I'm over it

Get rid of the small ices next to the bases, and add a route for the alliance on the right of the large outer ice.

I figure its worth voicing our opinions that this new version of shatter is absolutely horrible, and its worth a try even if we're shouting into the void to steer them towards making better maps in the future.

and yes that map above would make it more interesting to play. Certainly would have a lot more PvP going on.

Horrible redesign to be honest I have been in alliances who ended with 1/0 or mostly 0 kills or deaths because everyone just sit in the respawn destroying small ices letting the rest of the alliances fight on the north.

Borderland ruins was a TORTURE to play because 70% of the time was just circle around in mounts and risking to go top and then get insta killed by a monk/mch camping. But in Shatter its just 99% killing ices 1 % touching an afk.
