I'd like to leave the armor as it is, but add the ability to level each specific elemental def bonus on it. by fighting mobs that use the specific E. dmg that you want to focus on. once you've leveled the armor part 100% for all elements, it turns into "untradable" if it's not already, after a big fat warning ofc, but after that, you can choose what element you want to defensively focus on before you equip it.
maybe the amount of E.def should scale to the native amount of Def the part has. just an idea.
