Analyzing the trailer pretty sure Nymeia and Althyk are double bosses. So we will have 5 of the twelve for the this raid. That leaves 3 of them for the last one.

It's certainly her.

Most likely a flashback from before the failed rejoining of the Thirteenth. Her being a paladin fits the statue in her home.

Oh, I can make out the sleeves and the spinning wheel now. The first few times I went through the trailer I thought I was looking at some shiny moon thing (Menphina) happening, which would have made sense given the shots before and after that one are Menphina, Menphina, Halone, Halone.

Probably not.
Yoshi-P entered the dungeon and the first boss of the Heaven of Earth was defeated, with loot chests. Coming up to the next trash encounter, Althyk spoke, like when Rhalgr tells you to play with his pet after you fought Byregot but before you could fight him. So the sequence is probably Nophica -> Trash -> Althyk, which is in keeping with the cycle we've been traversing so far.

As for the appearance of Nymeia with Menphina and Althyk, that could just end up being a "hey meet my family" thing. Nymeia of course belongs in the Heaven of Water with Thaliak, not either of the Heavens we're seeing this chapter (Earth and Ice). More precisely, she belongs after Thaliak, before Llymlaen.
Of course they could change the order up on us, but I'd assume something more aligned with established patterns first.

Also at the start of the trailer 0:33 mark it actually shows all the bosses in the cycle (Nophica on the far left Halone on the right) and Nymeia is one of them.

Every day we progress "New Found Venture" is more and more of a funny joke.

Like damn, I know that the scions disbanding was a prank, but the gang really couldn't stay apart for more than 11 minutes?
