I can relate to liking the bow-and-arrow and not the music part, but the truth is that Bard still feels mostly like a bow-and-arrow job and you barely notice there is music involved when even the music is an attack.
Ninja is where I could understand it better. The idea of a Rogue and the Rogue gameplay is fun and Ninja transforms the job completely and makes an otherwise relaxing Rogue rotation much more distracting. A lot of people feel that way about Rogue.
Going to assume OP is talking about an alt character, since the character they posted as doesn't have the referred class (rogue/ninja) unlocked.
I'm not really seeing the part where these players were insulting you. They're simply talking about kicking you, likely because they've had past experiences of players trolling them by specifically queueing up without a job crystal.
Likewise, I'm not seeing any attempt made by the OP to explain why he wasn't wearing a job crystal. Surely if you're advocating for something to be said to these players, that would include you speaking up?
