Is it possible to create a 100% male guild ?

I am fairly certain, especially if they were in fact "banned" for creating their FC of all males, that there was something insulting or derogative in its name or recruiting methods. as usual when a "victim" spouts off about their "ban" in game, I doubt we know the whole true story but only the OP's cherrypicked.. uh..."facts"

I mean really, they have 100% lala FC's, if thats allowed, then whats wrong with all male?
definitely bait with a side of slightly insulting as per their standard style.

Given that, twice in the space of three short posts in this thread (including the OP), they managed to casually dismiss women as inferior beings when it comes to both gaming and (ironically) online debate, I do not have much faith that their recruitment drives for their FC were any less derogatory. Their nasty prejudices are signposted for everyone to see in everything they write.

Wrong comparison. Being a lala is a choise, being male is not (you get that assigned at birth). While you can say that chaning gender is an option, you are still assigned a gender at birth, and that gender wont change, yet a very important factor. Its called biology.

Even if you choose to change gender, many features will never match, no matter how much effort you took. And therefor in biology you still arent the other gender. However, the problem is that some people want that enforced through politics. They will call themselve a women, even though biology says they arent. Biology is still the ruling factor here, since its a key factor for multiplying (the driving factor of life). Maybe science will at some point get to this state (after all, ther are animals that can, proving that in theory it should be possible), but currently thats at least 50 years away. Thats why the LGBT+ combination is generaly used as a collection. Since there are many combinations you can end up with, each with their own preference, but in general having a similar case (a match that in biology isnt natural for multiplying).

Yet if you want to be a lala, you use a fantasia and you are done, you are now 100% lala. There is no backlash from changing (except maybe for your wallet).

Thats why the issue is actualy diffirent here. Changing genders is on a totaly diffirent level of difficulty (currently impossible in biology, but very well possible in visual).

95% of the player base are males so what's the problem?

Being a lala in game and being a man in game are exactly the same thing, however, irrespective of whether or not you're a lala or a man in the real world. It's just a simple checkbox during character creation, available to everyone. Biology is literally irrelevant. That's why I don't think anyone is particularly offended by the idea of a FC which only allows male characters, any more than the all-lala or all-cosplayer or all-raider FCs genuinely offend anybody. Heck, my FC only recruits people I know in real life. That's a really elite subset of people which is impossible to break into casually!

The OP's casual sexism wasn't about any of that, though; they were saying things which were directly discriminatory against women (and several other groups) in the real world. That's a huge, huge difference and if that's how they conduct themselves when recruiting it's no wonder that they were punished. Nobody pays to play the game in order to endure other people telling them they're less eligible as gamers and human beings for characteristics that they happen to have in the real world. It's an abhorrent way to socialize in an online game.

Double standards always exist. Just take comfort you are part of a group so awesome and amazing that you don't need extra protections.

As you can tell from my name over there, I'm a woman. I support men creating an all-male group and see nothing sexist or "problematic" about that.

The casual sexism mentioned in this thread is derogatory, but of course sexism always is derogatory, regardless of whether it is directed at men or women.

Honestly it just sounds stupid for all parties concerned, be it only-male, only-female, or LGBTQ+^2.

There's no way of vetting that people controlling the characters are male, female or non-binary or specific sexual preferences, even if you were insane and provided your ID and full surveillance of your daily living.

You would just be playing pretend like playing house or something.
