It wasn't until I read this that i realized one of the new screenshots was of the chocobo breeding farm -_-

My detective skills are sub par it seems, but its hard to see things clearly when your mouth is open and filled with drool.

More likely they just don't know what the final one is. I mean think about it, if we get our hands on the beta and find all kinds of bugs, of course they would delay it (at least, I would HOPE so!). We just don't know if thats gonna happen and neither do they.

As for this part "The story of Final Fantasy XIV revolves around the city of Aorzia."

One commenter made a post asking him if he meant the continent of Eorzea, and he replied with no. Aorzia is a new city that will be released in 2.0.

I would say the chocobo bit is fairly solid considering one of the pics is of a chocobo ranch, but your right, take it all with a grain of salt until SE says its confirmed.

Magitek Armor in 1.22b!!! (/sarcasm) Or, since they've shown concepts in the live producer letters, it may be something implemented soon, pre-2.0 (not sarcasm).
Chocobo breeding will be cool, but I hope my retainer can handle some of the duties, because the XI version of breeding basically required you to sit in town until it was mature (then again, travelling in XIV is much easier).
As for "Aorzia" being a new city, if that's confirmed, how cool would that be to see like a unified capital for the three city states in the aftermath of Dalamud! It's The dev team's way of saying GTFO of Ul'dah.

The sale date is currently planned for jan. 2013. So winter for 2.0 is still on time I think. I don't mind if it's dec, jan or feb.
