1st Pic:
I love how our bar is not only 2 high but is now 12 long
I love how there is a casting timer for everyone to see in the pt UI

Actually, if you pay attention, that is your own TP, not your allies's TP. Notice how the Paladin, White Mage and Black Mage don't show TP and hey, Paladin uses TP.
But even more interesting: You are in the party menu yourself! So damn useful

iirc SE wanted to add the possibility of either closing it or open it. It also could be related to if you either craft or im combat, or in passive mode.

Just saying from the looks of it she ran off a cliff and instead of being stopped by the invisible *NO VERTICAL MOVEMENT BEYOND 2FT RULE* our characters can now run off small hill and hop to the lower elevation. There is no way in hell she is jumping straight UP.

I"m pretty sure it's in-game it's just the lightning that make sit look like a CG scene.
