isnt the Crystal Conflict Gear you can buy at the wolfs den the 60 AF gear but dyable?... i only looked at it a bit but i know its for PLD...

the GD can hold every step of the ressistance Weapon... EXCEPT the "blade's X" Weapon.. aka the final step. i imagine its specifically because you unlock the replica of the Blade weapon at the same time as you unlock the blade weapon itself
