I agree. 6.1 is a disaster so far. . . so we can only hope 6.2 or w/e when they're coming up with these housing bandaids patches actually benefits us and fixes some of our housing issues. . .

You may think FC are trash but the FC houses are more beneficial than a private house. You can get your own room and the airship/submarines are gil makers. There are people with 'private FCs' because of this.
The only thing I find 'trash' about a FC is the people in it. I actually turned my FC into a private one cause I had a lot of toxic people cause drama all over jealousy and other childish things :/

I could just get a private house but then my bidding results will become worse. I legit seen HUNDREDS of bids on a small personal while a FC house with a medium(and even lost to) had only 14 bids.

The airship/submarines to make gil, the owners of FCs don't share that LMAO.

I've talked with people today, who in their FC wards, there is medium plots still with 0 entries.. MEDIUM FC WARD PLOTS WITH 0 ENTRIES. That is part of the problem, there is more of a personal player base and people wanting personal houses, than there is FC's and the need for FC's. If anything, FC's should of gotten wards 19-24, and personal 1-18, and I guarantee, there wouldn't be any open plots in wards 1-18. because the want/need for a personal house is in greater demand than a FC house. It's why people in FCs, even FC owners, go buy their own personal plot as well, to have their own, personal bit of space.

Pretty sure most, if not all servers are experiencing the same personal wards being highly contested, FC wards being emptier, so on so forth. Hell, I'm in the "least populated" server (for Crystal DC) and we are pretty full :P

I would agree with you if FC rooms weren't trash. You are very limited in what you can do with an fc room and it's not worth the gil to have one imo. My FC room is more or less of a storage room for things I cant put in my own private house bc of how limited an fc room is. As for the other things a house offers well unless you are in a small fc of friends I highly doubt the FC owner will let you have free access to the workshop, garden plots, or decorating. Most FC I have been a part of runs like this, unless you are an officer you have no access to any of the housing options. Apartments are just as bad as FC rooms also so really nothing in-game offers the same thing as owning your own house. If they would work on upgrading apartments and FC rooms or making instant housing instead of making a lottery system that really doesn't fix any of the main issues of housing then ppl would most likely be happier. The lottery system is a band-aid to the housing system and does not fix any of the main issues which are supply and demand.

And you're right. That's why the submarines/airships works better for private FCs. So in other words, there's FC houses that should be personals but are not due to this.

As for those houses with 0 entries? I wish I had that. . . but I'm stuck in a over populated server.

It's the word I'd use. Sure, it's known for ERP but that's where all the toxicity comes from. I'm only in this server cause when I joined the game back in 2.0, a friend suggested it cause they were in it and I was mostly playing with my partner that is now my ex. I didn't learn about how bad people are in this server until after the 6 year breakup. . . So now I'm stuck with 7 RP alts. And no, not ERP alts. Too much drama that I'm not willing to share here.

It's the word I'd use. Sure, it's known for ERP but that's where all the toxicity comes from. I'm only in this server cause when I joined the game back in 2.0, a friend suggested it cause they were in it and I was mostly playing with my partner that is now my ex. This alone should speak for itself. EMPYREUM. 18 empty plots. one medium, 17 smalls.
That is 18 plots that could go to personals. And this is just one ward, out of 18.
